What Is an OMHC?
An Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) is a licensed, COMAR-regulated program that provides comprehensive mental health services on an outpatient basis. At Rosie's Recovery Center, our OMHC is fully accredited by The Joint Commission and compliant with COMAR 10.63.03.05, ensuring the highest standards of care for every client we serve.
