Our Story
Rosie's Recovery Center was founded in memory of Rosie — a reminder that behind every statistic is a person, a family, and a community that deserves better. Her story inspired a commitment to building a place where people could find real help, real hope, and a real path forward.
Located in Parkville, Baltimore County, we have grown into a comprehensive outpatient clinic offering eight distinct COMAR-regulated programs. From individual therapy and psychiatric care to Medication Assisted Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Programs, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Supported Employment, DUI/DWI services, and Withdrawal Management — we provide the level of care that fits where you are in your recovery.
Our licensed therapists, psychiatric staff, counselors, and rehabilitation specialists work collaboratively to build personalized treatment plans. We believe recovery is possible for everyone, and we are honored to walk alongside our clients every step of the way.
