Guided by Compassion. Driven by Purpose.

Every member of our team shares a deep commitment to the people we serve. Many of us have been touched by mental illness or addiction — in our own lives or in the lives of those we love. That personal connection shapes how we show up every day: with empathy, without judgment, and with an unwavering belief that recovery is possible for everyone.

What We Bring to Every Interaction

Clinical Excellence

Our clinicians hold advanced degrees and licensure in their fields, and pursue ongoing training to stay at the forefront of evidence-based behavioral health practice.

Lived Experience

Many of our staff members bring personal experience with mental health or addiction recovery — a perspective that deepens empathy and strengthens the therapeutic relationship.

Cultural Humility

We are committed to providing culturally responsive care that honors the unique backgrounds, identities, and experiences of every person we serve.

Collaborative Care

We work as an integrated team — therapists, psychiatrists, case managers, and peer specialists — to ensure every client receives coordinated, whole-person support.

Aissatou 'Ayesha' Diallo, LGPC
"Healing is not one-size-fits-all. I always aim to meet people where they are — with curiosity, care, and respect."

Born in Guinea, West Africa and raised in the U.S., Ayesha brings a deeply personal understanding of cultural identity, belonging, and resilience to her clinical work. She is especially passionate about supporting foster youth, children, teens, and families navigating trauma, loss, and life transitions — creating a space where every client feels safe, seen, and empowered to reclaim their story.

Outside the therapy room, Ayesha values family time, self-care, and crocheting — a practice she says reminds her to slow down, be present, and breathe. It's something she tries to pass on to her clients, too.
