Meet Our Team
Rosie's Recovery Center is built on the belief that the right people make all the difference. Our clinicians, counselors, and support staff bring expertise, lived experience, and genuine compassion to every client interaction — because recovery is personal, and so is the care we provide.
Guided by Compassion. Driven by Purpose.
Every member of our team shares a deep commitment to the people we serve. Many of us have been touched by mental illness or addiction — in our own lives or in the lives of those we love. That personal connection shapes how we show up every day: with empathy, without judgment, and with an unwavering belief that recovery is possible for everyone.
What We Bring to Every Interaction
Clinical Excellence
Our clinicians hold advanced degrees and licensure in their fields, and pursue ongoing training to stay at the forefront of evidence-based behavioral health practice.
Lived Experience
Many of our staff members bring personal experience with mental health or addiction recovery — a perspective that deepens empathy and strengthens the therapeutic relationship.
Cultural Humility
We are committed to providing culturally responsive care that honors the unique backgrounds, identities, and experiences of every person we serve.
Collaborative Care
We work as an integrated team — therapists, psychiatrists, case managers, and peer specialists — to ensure every client receives coordinated, whole-person support.
