DUI / DWI Education & Treatment Programs

Rosie's Recovery Center provides Maryland-approved DUI and DWI education and treatment programs for individuals referred by the courts, MVA, or probation. Our COMAR 10.63.03.18 compliant programs meet all Maryland requirements and are designed to help participants understand the risks of impaired driving, address underlying substance use, and fulfill their legal obligations.

Maryland DUI / DWI Program Requirements

Maryland law requires individuals convicted of DUI or DWI to complete an approved alcohol education or treatment program as a condition of license reinstatement or probation. Rosie's Recovery Center is a COMAR 10.63.03.18 approved provider offering both the Alcohol Education Program (AEP) and more intensive treatment options for those with identified substance use disorders.

Our DUI / DWI Programs

Alcohol Education Program (AEP)

A structured 12-hour education program for first-time DUI/DWI offenders. Covers the effects of alcohol and drugs on driving, Maryland DUI laws, and strategies for making safer choices. Meets Maryland MVA and court requirements.

Alcohol Treatment Program (ATP)

A more intensive treatment program for individuals with identified alcohol or substance use disorders. Includes individual assessment, group therapy, relapse prevention, and coordination with the courts and probation.

Substance Use Assessment

A comprehensive clinical assessment to determine the appropriate level of DUI/DWI programming and identify any underlying substance use treatment needs.
